Is it really that bad...

  • To load your washing machine so full it rattles the whole house and threatens to break loose from the wall?
  • To thaw and refreeze meat, vegetables, well, practically everything two or three times?
  • To accidentally leave your mug warmer on all day almost every day?
  • To sometimes not recycle because you're too lazy to wash out the container?
  • To eat movie theater popcorn and a Dairy Queen Blizzard for dinner?
I hope not.

*Yes--fire
*Yes, but I do it too!
*Probably--if done too often (I'm pretty sure about this one)!

I resonate with the fourth one. I feel terrible guilty any time I doing something un-green, but sometimes it is so hard to get the energy to be green.

4. yes. for sure.
5. No--especially if it's a holiday (can't gain weight on holidays).

I have thawed and refrozen food and have never gotten sick from it. Dan calls me a "food optimist"! :) I think the FDA people are too uptight!

I love recycling, but I think they'll even take not-super-clean stuff if you get lazy.

I ate movie popcorn for dinner last Saturday night--didn't feel so good later!

Oh, and in college, my roommate and I had a washing machine that would move across the kitchen floor as it washed--ha! I don't think we overstuffed it, but maybe that was the problem. . . . :)
